The use of technology allows us to provide consistent support without sacrificing any standards and values we believe in.

In addition, embracing technology allows us to improve in consistent and reasonable manner to benefit our stakeholders around the world.

Investment in Brand Growth

In addition to product optionality and broadening our product range and geographic footprint, we
have substantial untapped customer demand potentially available outside of our current geographic footprint. We will continue to target new potential markets, through obtaining operating partnership licences in those markets, either organically or via acquisitions.

As evidence of this, early 2024, we open discussions of a new licence in Poland, Thailand and Ireland to further support our business across Europe and across the globe in our core product offering.

In Nigeria, we made our first few meetings, which also represents our first footprint in this new market in Africa and will allow us to offer our services locally. We will continue to make organic investments and to execute additional targeted bolt-on acquisitions, as well as potential strategic partnerships, in the future, to help to consolidate our position as a global multi-asset Global Master Licensing group.
